Gully/drain covers missing

The drain/ gully covers are missing- animals can easily fall down there and especially at night time if you were to cross the road via the drop down drain your foot could fall in it. Plus the cover is moving when you drive on and of the driveway - and it’s hitting the bottom of the car.
