I am writing regarding my previous report (Reference: 7095942). Upon contacting Transport for London (TfL), they have advised that this matter falls under local authority jurisdiction rather than TfL's responsibility.

As a resident, I would appreciate if the Council could liaise with TfL directly to address and resolve this issue.
