General fly tipping of food in the park

Hello I have noticed that the fly tipping of food has become a more frequent occurrence especially around the area of the back gate in the park (Danson Lane end) I would like to see more signs letting people know that it is illegal to fly tip food here and also not to leave food for the animals as it can also make them sick.
