Dog poo and constant litter

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 7100674.

This has been reported several times and yes you come and clean it but the same problem returns litter is dropped and the phantom dog poo dropper strikes again, using same blue bags picks poo up then leaves poo in the alleyway, we have suggested dog poo bin, signs stating fines even a regular sweep but hey you like people complaining about the same thing
