This van has been parked outside the front of our house (31 shirley road) and hasn't moved for over three weeks. Our road is extremely tight and parking is extremely limited. We are having to park three roads away currently as our usual spot outside the house has been taken up with this abandoned, unmoved van. It doesn't belong to anyone in the street and seems to not have an owner who is using it.
