Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 7072125.

The Waterside area of grass and flower beds was always well maintained until a few years ago. It looks awful now. Needs a whole rubbish clearance done & cut back. Lights on memorial area are all broken. Water features not worked for years. Lindy Lou cafe struggling for business due to ULEZ cost is sat in the middle of it all. I heard today that a group of volunteers who are OAPs in the area are possibly going to assist in the area. Are the council prepared to assist them please ? As they will not be able to dispose of the rubbish / cuttings themselves.
