Repeated dog fouling in fendyke road

It has been reported on a number of occasions that there is repeated dog fouling in fendyke road. resident's are having to pick up other peoples dog mess to avoid treading it in there homes. Can this please be looked into, residents are requesting something gets put up to stop people doing this.
