Dangerous footpath graffiti

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 6997396.

Again and again this footpath feels unsafe because of how it’s never maintained. New graffiti just shows again how all the dumped rubbish, huge painted daubs, show this just isn’t maintained in any safe way. Who knows what or who is around the corner. Why won’t the council put up CCTV?
