Rubbish and vandalism

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 6980122.

Not sure why the people of Bexley have to behave like this, but someone has vandalised the rock walls beside the lake - broken the metal casing and thrown rocks onto the partially frozen lake. Along with all of their rubbish as well.
