Residents at 25 Woodside Road DA15 7JG keeps placing their bins in the road outside their house to block anyone else parking there why they are out. I.e secure a parking spot for themselves.

The residents have continued to do this even though they have been asked to stop doing this. They take up two potential parking spots for other residents without a drive to park.
