Black bag of household rubbish left near stairs to flats

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 6965675.

There is a continuing problem wiith flytipping and rubbish dumping at this site. The black bag has been ripped open presumably by foxes and the contents scattered over the pavement. This needs dealing with quickly as it will encourage other vermin.
