Constant issue with rubbish piling up on the pavement obstructuring pedestrian access. Persistent issue with overflowing rubbish bins. The attached photos were taken only 4 days after the council had collected the waste, so this pile up will only get worse. Bins should be stored in a location where they do not obstruct the passageway.
