I reported this a month ago reference 6838635 this is hown as closed but nothing has been done, no contact The Bin remains in tghe street attarcting rubbish lke a street litter bin and a thus a health risk as well as making the street look a mess, please just take it away and dispose of the rubbish. I understand whellie bins are the property of the Local Authority, I am unable to determine where it has come from but its been abandoned for months and months. Thanks
