Fly tipping on Cornwallis Ave

The rubbish wasn't there at about 16:00 on the 9th Jan when I walked past but was at about 17:00 when I walked back.

Crossing Harland Avenue, I saw a van acting suspiciously at that location, it pulled forward a couple of meters towards Telford Road, then reversed back to Harland Avenue. The registration of the van was LS23 YFG. Hopefully one of the houses nearby has CCTV footage from around that time that can determine whether that was the vehicle involved.
