Dog fouling

Constant dog fouling up and down the payments on all rouads surrounding area. Regularly walk out of my house to find dog foul all over the payment. its a busy school route and you cant walk 10m without coming across dog foul . It's getting beyond ridiculous. This issue is getting worse and need sorting.
