Massive pothole/crack that covers half of the road

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 6939428.

The pothole is very deep and almost looks like a crack. When I drove over it, I nearly lost control of the car as the impact was so rough. This pothole seems as if it has been filled in previously, however, it has since upturned and there are parts of the road crumbled across the pavement and road
