Flooding of path due to poor drainage

There is a depression (which becomes a large puddle) next to the path that regularly floods and makes the path impassable. This is awkward for walkers and dangerous for the disabled and people with prams. Issue could easily be fixed with a little landscaping to allow the water to drain away from the depression.
