Road is continuing to create a big hole

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 6920277.

Small area was repaired. But however is even worse now and my house still feels the vibration when buses or large vehicles go over. The area was not completed properly and there is a big hole creating next to the drain. My 5 month old baby goes into own room next month and this room is affected by vibration and noise when this happens. I would like this issue looked at urgently and investigated even if that means someone assessing the noise and vibration issue in the house. I am not happy that the issue was not managed and that it was just covered up and not dealt with correctly.
