Fly-Tipping in Bernal Close, Haldane Road

Reported via mobile in the Garage areas category anonymously at 18:44, Sat 28 December 2024

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 6905582.

There has been a number of fly-tipping issues in Bernal Close, Haldane Road (see photos) according to the .gov website (which I’ve had to pay for) it states that Bexley is responsible for Bernal Close, Haldane Road and Wallace Close. Therefore, if the information is correct, it is the responsibility of Bexley Council to clean up the mess and provide suitable safeguarding in place to stop the continued fly-tipping issues. If the information is incorrect can you provide the details of whom is responsible for cleaning up these areas?

Updates

  • I've now witnessed, that the people resonsible for this flytipping, which I saw them do yesterday (5/2/25) are a Romanian family living at one of the houses along the alleyway by Bernal Close (see image) when are the council going to take action? We need security cameras placed within the vicinity to catch these people and prosecute them, I'm sick and tired of watching this happening and no one is doing anything about this!

  • Same people at it again last night, had a van in the street when I came home, looking suspicious, the following morning I saw the pile of rubbish (image 2) so I know it was them, this is a continuous problem now and I would like to council to do something.
