Fly tip infront of garage and pavement

I reported this problem over a month ago and notice it has not been addressed or on the system. In front of my neighbours garage and the pavement adjacent to the metal gates in front of the rear access road in milbrooke avenue DA16 near the bus stop towards eltham an old sofa along with concrete posts, asphalt and wire fencing has been dumped by some one. This continues to happen by people driving past and more so when rubbish is already in the vicinty. Please can you look into the problem for me and remove it if possible. Thank you.
