I am writing to report a tree that has fallen from my property at 90 Crayford High Street into my neighbor's garden after recent strong winds. My neighbor mentioned that this tree might be subject to a Tree Preservation Order (TPO), but I am unsure of its status.

In addition, there are three other trees on the property that appear to be dead and might pose a risk of falling in the future.

Could you please advise on the following:

Confirming whether the fallen tree or the others are subject to a TPO. The necessary steps for managing the fallen tree and the potentially hazardous ones. Please let me know if an inspection is required or if further details are needed.
