Pothole near manhole cover

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 6803188.

I am concerned that the manhole cover is bending inwards and might collapse in the middle of Oakehampton Crescent outside 215. Also there is a pothole developing to the west (perhaps 2 mtrs) of the manhole.
