Car dumped in street for over 10 weeks

This car has been parked in the street without moving for over 10 weeks. The car didn't even move following the recent parking restrictions placed on this section of road by Bexley Council for works by BT. The car is now showing signs of flat tyres and abandonment. Parking in the street is very limited for residents already without additional cars being dumped in the road. Early 2024 a local car dealer was parking cars in the road instead of there own forecourt.
