Supermarket Trolley with unknown materials abondoned by the bus stop

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 6800932.

This is the 2nd occurrence inside two months of an identical fly tip next to the Sidcup Bound Bus Stop in Westwood Lane on the opposite side of the road to 278. A supermarket trolley full of unknown items has been left by the bus stop, it also happened around two years ago. The trolley was not there prior to 20.00 on 28th November likely left in the early hours of 29th, the offender clearly doesn't fear being apprehended.
