Litter bin not emptied outside fairford school

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 6800720.

The bin outside fairford school has not been empties in some time, the bin is so full rubbish is now overflowing and is going into the school grounds. It also got an ashtray part on the top and peoples cigarette buts are all over the road and pavement now too. Please can this be looked into and cleared up. Thank-you.
