Incorrect Road diversions

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 6800454.

Caller states she is not happy, states due to emergency waterworks near Queen Marys, traffic is being diverted down the part of Carlton Rd which is unmaintained by council, checked with street works , who advised this is not official diversion route, but she is not happy with this as states the signs are not clear and people are using the road as pointing towards Carlton RD, states there should be signage in place to deter people using it as a through road as the amount of traffic is causing damage to the road, especially as the council will not maintain the road

She would like a call back from tech to discuss asap
