I work for London Fire Brigade. Our technician attended here yesterday, 27 November, beside Asda recycling centre, to inspect a fire hydrant but the road was flooded and he thinks the drains are blocked. Unfortunately he could not inspect the fire hydrant. Would it be possible for you to unblock the drains in this area please?

  • The reported issue requires further investigations or work by our Highways Technicians to resolve, which may include any of the following:

    • Carrying out enforcement noticing/investigations that are restricted by set timescales
    • Monitor for misuse or gather evidence
    • Monitor in heavy rainfall
    • Monitor Contractor performance
    • Requires reinspection after other internal/external involvement

  • Following further investigations, we have been unable to locate the issue at the specified location. As such, we are under the assumption that the problem has already been removed / resolved before we attended the site.

    However, should the original issue still be present, please do let us know with an updated location and / or pictures etc.
