Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 6792762.

The car has been parked for nearly 3 months without moving has damage to passenger side and flat tyre. The driver was originally seen parking the car getting into another vehicle and driving away. Makes access to driveways very difficult and is opposite busy turning and causes difficulties with traffic. Parking in the road is very restricted as it is .
