Constant issue dating back years. The drains get flooded causing water to go beyond property boundary and also blocking public path. Cars are having to swerve last minute and water is being sprayed up by fast cars. This is a hazard. Ideally the drain needs looking at internally and cleaning. I appreciate leaves can block the drain cover but this seems a lot more than that internally in the drain
