Flooding on Yarnton Way near Limestone Walk bus stop towards Belvedere

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 6784310.

Again the above location has flooded. Why is this being ignored? And for years? Are they awaiting an accident before taking action? Pedestrians are forced to cross in unsafe places eg on the bend or close to the mini roundabout.

  • The reported issue requires further investigations or work by our Highways Technicians to resolve, which may include any of the following:

    • Carrying out enforcement noticing/investigations that are restricted by set timescales
    • Monitor for misuse or gather evidence
    • Monitor in heavy rainfall
    • Monitor Contractor performance
    • Requires reinspection after other internal/external involvement

    The issue does not meet the guidelines for repair at the moment.

    The issue will be fixed as part of our normal maintenance programme.
