Blocked entrance to parish woods from parish gate drive

Its been reported that for the last 3/4 years the entrance to parish woods from parish gate drive is blocked with over hanging vegetation and people are struggling to use this public walk way due to this. There is a school right by there and they use this to get there, people cant use this because they have buggies and they cant access it. Please can this be looked into, thank-you.
