Tree needs replacing

The rowan tree - neither large or dead or dangerous - has been cut down. Please can this be cleared away and replaced with a nice new tree as has been done elsewhere on this corner. The cut off trunk is an eye sore and the base is full of weeds. Come on Bexley, make our borough greener AND tidier, please.
