Parked cars causing obstruction

I couldn’t find an option for the correct subject. The parked cars on both sides of the road are causing a dangerous obstruction. Twice in the last week I have been forced to reverse back the full length of St John’s road which is also a one way street because an ambulance was stuck between two cars on sandcliffe Rd. I myself have been in the back of an ambulance with my sick child whilst the paramedics had to stop and be guided through in the early hours. This morning it was a small truck that couldn’t get through forcing a string of cars having to drive the wrong way up a one way street that has a tight bend with no visibility. A fire engine would never get through anymore. The dust carts have given up and I have reported before that they are forced to drive the wrong way back up the road (they have no choice)
