Dog foul has been there since monday 28th october

On Monday I reported large amount of dog fouling outside Welling corner Dental Practice , we received an email declaring it had been cleaned up, BUT it is still there it is disgusting , a patient today has trod it in all over our stairs , please can this be addressed ASAP as it is a health hazard address again is : 113a high st , welling DA16 1TY.
