You have come on Monday and I have just gone out this evening and by the garages someone has dumped their Mac Donald’s rubbish again , this happens 2-3 times a week and I am not picking it up anymore, I again request that you have a camera fitted on the lamppost or I am happy to have one fitted in my garden, these people need a fine to learn
