Three holes in the road

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 6623694.

There are two holes in the middle of the road outside No 9 and one hole outside No 13. These holes were caused by a crane delivering a girder to No 11 about two years ago which became stuck in the pavement. The holes appear to be getting bigger and I have witnessed a cyclist falling off his bike.
