Road doesn’t drain properly

Since the road was resurfaced, the drain not only floods, but the excess water goes onto the pavement in front of my drive and also onto my driveway. The fall of the road surface goes to my property rather than the drain. I have logged this before, but the pavement has now deteriorated as a result and I am getting flooding on my driveway.

    Water not draining and because of the fall of the road is flowing onto my drive, which is systematically causing damage to the crossover pavement and also my block driveway.

    This did not happen before the road was resurfaced
