Paving slab completely out of place

The paving slab has completely come up and is a danger to anyone walking past I have a 6 month old and have to avoid everytime as the pavement is completely rocky and moves anytime anyone’s near it. Outside 20 Harborough Avenue. If someone doesn’t see this they will fall and we have elderly neighbours.
