The St Mary’s Nursing Home on the corner of St. Margaret’s Avenue is currently up for sale with a few estate agents including Village Estates. > The main gate has been broken down and this morning the land in front of the building is full of rubbish including settees and old furniture.

One gate has been fixed but the second gate has been smashed down. There used to be now more rubbish which not only is an eyesore, bringing the area down and a health hazard. Whoever owns the property should be made to secure it and clear the rubbish. It is up for sale with Village Estates. They should know the owners.

Following further investigations, we have been unable to locate the issue at the specified location. As such, we are under the assumption that the problem has already been removed / resolved before we attended the site.
However, should the original issue still be present, please do let us know with an updated location and / or pictures etc.
