POTHOLE 6 TO 8 INCHS WIDE O/S No 45 ON THE ROAD

Resident reporting o/s No 45 there is a pothhole on the road which is 6 to 8 inchs wide & will get bigger & vehicles could get caught especially in the heavy rain it will get worse. Please could someone look into this urgently please - Thanks
