The installed shade still allows the lamp’s beam to reach the bedroom window. The problem has been waiting to be resolved since April 2024.

  • I am still waiting for the problem to be fixed. It is nearly 10th month of struggle to place cover over the lamp, on one side.

  • The case has now been closed as our investigations have been completed and the necessary repairs arranged where it relates to items maintainable by Bexley. This may require replacement materials to be ordered or works needed by external agencies (such as UK Power Networks or Housing Association) which may then take up to 4 weeks.

    Please let us know if the matter is not resolved after 4 weeks.
