The council update makes no mention of the damage to our wall. I'm fairly sure the operative who turned up today to look at tree did not take any pictures. Here are a couple for your records. What plans are there for our damaged wall to be repaired?

Workmen turned up at 7.30am this morning making a dreadful noise and using a mechanical digger. No warning and waking all the neighbours up. Also, they have dug out the pavement ready for a new tarmac surface BUT the tree roots are still there. How is that supposed to resolve the issue? The tree roots are still there and will continue to cause damage to our wall. What are your plans for repairing the damage to our wall?

1) I've not heard anything from you about your plans for repairing the damage to my front wall. 2) The tree roots that caused the damage are still there. Nothing has been done to solve that issue. 3) There are 2 traffic cones left in the parking bay for no apparent reason. People are avoiding using the bay whilst the cones are in situ, which is leaving a bay out of action.
