Abandoned car - half up kerb and across bus stop

This Mini registration LV54 MSX appears to have been abandoned near the bottom of New Road. It's halfway up the kerb and halfway across the bus stop which is making it difficult for buses to pull into the stop and also vehicles to pass buses while a bus is stopped at the stop. The car has been there since at least Tues 3rd Sept and has received 3 parking fines.
