I work for London Fire Brigade. We have a fire hydrant outside Hope Community School in Rectory Lane. The railings are party obstructing it. Although the hydrant can just about be operated it is very difficult. Would it be possible for you to take a piece out of the railings to make it more accessible for our fire fighters & technicians please?
