Multiple potholes

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 6426771.

The road surface has so many potholes all on the left side going towards lansdowne avenue that you can't avoid them.the whole road surface has large potholes and dips up and down.please can someone look at this.
