Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 6397191.

This car was previously left with no registration plates further down the road. It has now been moved to a point near the corner of Ightam Road and Swanton Road. It has been left for a considerable time with no numberplates. It was be fore being left in Swanton Road parked in Ightam Road with parking tickets on it.
