Overgrown tree ,sways badly in wind

Tree outside no71 chester road is very overgrown. It sway very badly in even slight wind and on observation the roots can be seen to move as well. It is way over the house height and would destroy the house if it blew over. I have already had my car written over several years ago when a branch from the tree broke off and landed on it. This is not the first time i have reported this issue.

Today ,tree contractors were in Chester road pruning a different tree across the road . I took the opportunity to talk to them about the tree outside my house no.71 Chester road and he agreed with me that the tree is badly overgrown and needs pruning as it does cover my drive and would cause serious damage to my property if it fell down. He said i should report this again to Bexley Council as it does need urgent action. I have reported this several times now and nothing has been done. Can you please action this as in the past my property has been damaged by tree branch breaking. w and
