Uneven grass cutting

Grass has been cut from house numbers 1-4 however from houses 5-7 the grass is not cut and uneven. Grass needs to be cut all at the same length as it usually is done by the council however this year has not be done. Grass is all dead and dry and growing out onto the road in front of 5-7.
