Tree growth blocks visibility

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 6302289.

Every year we have the same problem with this tree. Whilst it is a lovely tree. Unfortunately it blocks visibility to oncoming traffic and traffic entering Hill Crest from Somerhill Avenue. As a disabled driver I have problems seeing properly to exit my property because of this tree. Pruning would be a good move but is there any way to restrict further ground shoots. Thankyou.
