Repeated dog fouling

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 6299050.

This is a continuous problem along Sandhurst. The fouling is spread all over the pavement. People with buggies or wheelchairs are unable to pass through without the dog poo going on their wheels. It is also very smelly. I have a dog and always clear up after my dog. This is giving s bad nsme to responsible owners. Thankyou
